COURSE DESCRIPTION:


The Valley Run is GoodRunnings’s first event in the scenic area of Tea Tree Gully. The course begins at the Jubilee Community Centre. It consists of a 10km loop on the Dry Creek corridor along Wynn Vale Dam. Distances of 10km or less will involve one loop of the course, distances of 15km or more will involve multiple loops.

AID:


There will be 1 aid station on the course. It is present at the start/finish of each loop and will also be passed approximately 2.5km into the loop. The aid station will have lollies, hydration, and first aid.

RACE BRIEFING TIME

All runners are expected to be present at the start 15 minutes before the start time for the race briefing. Early and late starts can be arranged with an acceptable reason at the event organiser’s discretion. Please contact GoodRunningsinfo@gmail.com if you wish to arrange and early/late start. ALL EARLY/LATE STARTS MUST BE ARRANGED PRIOR TO THE EVENT.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

PLEASE NOTE: The ‘BAROSSA RUN' IS AN OUT-AND-BACK, SELF-SUPPORTED RUNNING EVENT. It starts at the Lyndoch portion of the Barossa Walking Trail (also known as the Jack Bobridge Trail) and continues onward in the direction of Tanunda before returning. Participants running more than 21km will do two loops.

AID:

There will be one manned aid station on the course at the start/finish and one unmanned station 10km in (for those doing 20km or more). The manned aid station will have lollies, hydration, and first aid; the unmanned aid station will have lollies and hydration. Participants are strongly encouraged to supply their own hydration to supplement the aid stations.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:


The Hero Run is an out-and-back looped course that covers the Laratinga Wetlands and the Mount Barker Linear Trail. Three, five, and 10km runners will do one loop (with different turnaround points). Fifteen km and half marathon runners will do two loops (with different turnaround points). Thirty km runners will do three loops and full marathon runners will do four loops.



AID:


There will be 1-2 aid stations on the course – one manned one at the start/finish and one unmanned one approximately 4-5km into the loop. Both aid stations will offer lollies and hydration; the manned aid station will also offer first aid.

**MARATHON PARTICIPANTS: To ensure there are enough people to go ahead with the marathon distance, we request all runners interested in the marathon first register their FREE expression of interest through the registration link. Once 7 people have registered their interest, all interested parties will be contacted to officially register for the distance. Each runner will be charged the price which would have been available (early, standard, and late) when they registered their expression of interest.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Victory Harbor is GoodRunnings’ third fully trail-based run, held in Newland Head Conservation Park in Victor Harbor. Scheduled at the start of summer, it offers the perfect opportunity to explore one of the most picturesque courses in the area with stunning views of blue oceans and cliffs. The course follows part of the Heysen Trail, with distances of 3km, 5km, 7.5km, 10km, 15km, 21.1km, and 30km. All distances of 21.1km and less involve one loop; distances of more than 21.1km involve two loops.

AID:
