The Barossa Run is an ‘out and back, looped’ course, with loops consisting of 21.1km. It starts at the Lyndoch portion of the Barossa Walking Trail and continues onward in the direction of Tanunda before returning. Participants running farther than 21.1km will do multiple loops.
COURSE MAP & ELEVATION
There will be 3 aid stations on the loop. The primary aid station is present at the start/finish of each loop. The next aid station is passed approximately 6km into the loop and the third aid station is passed at the 21.1km turnaround. Runners are recommended to bring their own hydration supplies if they feel they need more water. All aid stations will have lollies and hydration; the primary aid station will also offer first aid.
