SUNDAY 13 September 2026

Course Description:

The Barossa Run is an ‘out and back, looped’ course, with loops consisting of 21.1km. It starts at Lyndoch and continues along the Barossa Walking Trail to St Hallet’s Winery before reversing. Participants can enjoy a start and finish right next to a winery, in the very heart of Australia’s wine region – with a course that runs along and through several vineyards. Those running shorter than 21.1km will run an abbreviated out-and-back loop, while those running farther than 21.1km will do multiple loops.

Aid Stations:

There will be 3 aid stations on the loop. The primary aid station is present at the start/finish of each loop. The next aid station is passed approximately 6km into the loop and the third aid station is passed at the 21.1km turnaround.  Runners are recommended to bring their own hydration supplies if they feel they need more water. All aid stations will have lollies and hydration; the primary aid station will also offer first aid.
