Sponsors & Supporters

This event is sponsored and supported by….

At GoodRunnings, we believe you shouldn’t just make an event out of it – but make a day (or even a weekend!) out of it. Treat yourself not just to some running fun, but the sites and joys of the area. This event has quite a few local sites and activities to take in — and is being sponsored by some of the best activities in all of Adelaide!

Anyone who’s ever travelled through the CBD has spied a merry group of cyclists, all bound together around a moving pub. The pub’s name is The Handlebar and it’s an iconic site in Adelaide – offering 2 hours on a cycling pub tour with riders sipping beverages while gliding around town (with 2 pub stops and a photo stop). Participants can even create their own playlist and play only the music they want to hear. Is there a better way to spend a lazy weekend afternoon than belting “That’s the way it’s gonna be little darlingggggggg” on a 16-passenger bike with mismosas in front of you?

*The Handlebar

has been our sponsor in previous years. GoodRunnings hopes – though has not received confirmation – that they will remain a sponsor in 2025.*

What could be more fun than running… except running AND THEN AXE-THROWING? Even better, Adelaide’s ORIGINAL axe-throwing business is only a ten minute drive from the City Run. Close, convenient, and absolutely sensationally uniquely fun… what more could you ask for??

How about discounted? A 10% off voucher is available to EVERY PARTICIPANT AND VOLUNTEER at City Run – 10% off of food, drinks, and (most especially!) axe throwing.

*MANIAX Axe Throwing has been our sponsor in previous years. GoodRunnings hopes – though has not received confirmation – that they will remain a sponsor in 2025.*
